Yoshio Okawara
President
Yoshio Okawara joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1942, and went on to serve as Director-General of the American Affairs Bureau and Deputy Vice Minister for Administration, Ambassador to Australia, and Ambassador to the United States.

Yukitsugu Nakagawa
Deputy Chairman
Yukitsugu Nakagawa was formerly Executive Director of the Bank of Japan, and President of the Nomura Research Institute. He is currently Advisor to Nomura Research Institute, and Corporate Auditor of Nomura Securities Co., Ltd.

Ken Sato
Deputy Chairman
Ken Sato formerly served as Budget Officer in the Budget Bureau of the Ministry of Finance and then the Director-General of the Bureau of Defense Agency. Following that he went on to become the Administrative Vice Minister of Defense.
