Keio University, Faculty of Economics. Joined Tokyo Electric Power Company(TEPCO) In 1979. Dispatched to Japan Nuclear Fuel Limited(JNFL) in Aomori. Worked for Fuel Department,Saitama Branch Office of TEPCO. Seconded to IIPS in 2006.

Atsuko Nishigaki
University of Tokyo, Law Department. Joined the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 1991. Received LL.M. from Duke University in 1997 and LL.M. from Chicago University in 1998. Worked at Economic and Industrial Policy Bureau, and Ministerfs Secretariat. Seconded to IIPS 2003.
Yutaka Ohama
Yutaka Ohama came to IIPS as a Senior Research Fellow in February 1999 from Mitsui & Co., Ltd. He received degrees in science and economics from the University of Tokyo, and an MBA from Stanford University. At Mitsui, he was involved in the company's overseas direct investments as project manager and in-house consultant for foreign direct investment. For the last six years he has been a senior economist in Mitsui's research institute. At IIPS, he will continue research on US-Japan relations and global trade issues.
Norinaga Asanuma
Chiba University, Faculty of Law and Economics. Joined Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in 1985. Director of Jetro Budapest, Director for Rescheduling, EID/MITI, Director of Export to Japan Division, Managing Director of Jetro Tel-Aviv . Director of Middle East and Africa Division, International Economic Research Department. Seconded to IIPS in 2007.
Katsuyoshi Kokubun
Sofia University, Foreign Language and International Relations Department. Joined Nippon Steel Corporation in 1983. Worked as a Group Manager of Production Control Department, Planning and Co-ordination Department, Chemical and Boiler Tube Sales Department. Seconded to IIPS in 2006.
