Taro Tatsumi
Administrative Director
Taro Tatsumi came to IIPS as the administrative director from the East Japan Railway Co. in August 2006. He graduated Waseda University with a major in law in 1985, and joined the Japan National Railway the same year. He has previously held posts at the JR Group Mutual Aid Association, Paris Office of JR-Group, and the International Department of the East Japan Railway Company.

Hiroshi Kojima
Deputy Director
Hiroshi Kojima joined the institute in October 1988 as deputy director of administration. He was administrative director of the New Liberal Club for 8 years before joining the institute.
